I've done a lot of research into protecting seats when carrying dogs and it looked like a good purchase and good reviews. Got it just before we had about a 5 hour round trip with the dogs and it's excellent! I took it out of the box at work to have a look and was very impressed with the quality of materials and showed it to a friend who just got a new truck. He had an old seat cover for his dog and liked it so much that he ordered one for himself. Installation was very easy and the leash with seat belt clip was great. I will order another one so we have it for both dogs. The seat material is very strong and durable, and the pattern and tailoring make it look beautiful in my wife's Volvo. The coating on the bottom does not slip on the skin and protects it in the event of an accident. We used it on this trip and a trip to our vet's about 30 miles from home. The dogs and seat cover worked great and it looks good enough that we were able to just leave it installed and protect the seat from kids and anything we carry around. Velcro openings facilitate access to seat belts and protect the seat when not in use to prevent crumbs or other objects from falling onto the seat. Great design and product. We're really impressed by that. My wife wanted it to protect the seats from dogs but is happy to leave it on. After researching many of them online, I'm glad I chose this one. There are cheaper ones out there, but the build quality is worth it. Excellent durable materials that won't break down over time like cheap materials. My friend replaced it after seeing it for exactly this reason. He would wear it to take his dog but left this one because it's good and he can protect the back seat by carrying his exercise gear, groceries etc since almost everything is transported in the back seat.
