So far, so good. The unit looks just as nice as any other shower head I have ever dealt with. I paired it with the "Delta RP61273 Addison 16-Inch Shower Arm, Chrome" shower extension. This extension arm moves the center of the shower head 16 inches away from the shower wall. This way you can have the shower flow straight down.I'll be honest - I was a little apprehensive about buying a "cheap" shower head. But I've been using this for several weeks now and all is well. It comes with plumbers tape and some extra little spouts - so that's good in case you don't have the tape on hand.I'll update this review later if anything changes.
