excellent shower head

excellent shower head. as advertised in regard to the shower function and pressure. It does feel like rainfall. Would be nice if it came with the extender bar, but for the price it is an excellent product and they include ample tape to ensure no leaks. Months in, still functions as it did on the first day. easy to install. No dripping points after turning the water off, which is huge.

Best Eleven Bucks I've Spent! (In the bath)

Wanted to replace the shower head in my MB remodel with a true rain shower but I was hesitant to buy this one because it was so inexpensive (on sale for $11) and maybe I wanted the 10" model. I finally decided to take a chance as this was an ultra thin design and I could always return it. Boy am I glad I did! When it arrived I combined it with a gooseneck extender and it just pours water down in a rainy stream for a wonderful shower. There is no constrictor so water just flows straight down

For this price, I expected junk. but I was very surprised to see a METAL product (not cheap plastic) that looks beautiful and elegant! It even came with Teflon tape (although it comes with an o-ring) and 4 extra/replacement gray rubber nozzles.The water flow is even and gentle - just what we wanted. Currently it is very nice and shiny, and I sure hope it will stay this way. For a price of $19.99, I will gladly replace it with the same item next year.

Just installed it last night, so far so good. Easy to install, I did get an 11" extender bar and now wish I would've gotten a little longer bar. But feels great, steady stream. The middle nozzle does produce a heavier stream as previous reviews indicated, but unless my face is directly in the spray, it doesn't bother me. For the most part I like this set. I love the tub spout and it matches my sink faucet. The rain shower head doesn't seem to have a lot of pressure, especially when compared to the wand which has very sufficient pressure. The one thing I do not like is the knob that turns the diverter. It's a very small square cube and it is hard for me to turn. There's nothing really to grip and it seems awfully tight fit. if it wasn't for the pain of having to try to turn that to switch functions I'd say this…

Mixer valve produced a "knock” inside the product every-time a valve in the home water system was turned off. This product was a one for one replacement of a single handle mixer valve. The knock was not identified until AFTER a full bathroom renovation. Had this installed by a professional for our new custom shower. We did not use the valve this product came with but opted for a Delta valve in order to future proof ourselves in case the cartridge ever needs to be replaced. Be aware that the fixtures use non-standard threads so you may need to make some modifications to get this to work with your shower. Overall, it works well and looks great.

I like the product but it is missing some aspects that would make it USA parallel. Ie., there is no gasket for the space between the wall surface and the back of the shower escutcheon. There is nothing provided to prevent water from going behind the escutcheon and into the hole in the wall. Customer service? best in my review

Because this is a new company, BWE, to me and "off brand", I wanted to test their customer service before I attempted to install. I could not find a way to contact the company in the packaging and the warranty is covered by a third party which I also could not find a way to contact. I returned it. With that said, I can't speak to the quality. For me, if I can't reach direct customer service, i'm out.
