I am regret that didn’t read a reviews before the an installation, because someone had the same problem as we did.After the installation and testing testing the water lines, my husband noticed a slight leak on the hot water side. He grabbed a wrench and gave it a quick little tighten. After couple of minutes we’ve heard over some noise like some one was opening champagne bottle lol. no,It wasn’t really funny because in the second we have water everywhere.The valve that connects the line into the controller completely sheared free. Luckily we were at home and were able to get the thread out of the controller. Right now, we are very disappointed in this product and trying to figure out what should we do.
