First, you can put it on something and stick it immediately, second, you can stick something on it and let it dry. burns blue, dries clear. I'm renovating the bathroom so I drew my room and cut out the toilet, shower, sink, washer and dryer from paper. I applied glue to the back of these pieces, waited for them to dry, then I was able to glue them to the drawing in my room and continue. This was especially helpful because I had the ceiling fan on and without the glue the parts kept moving. Love it.
