If you're looking for a bright, quality, well-built LED kit, this isn't the kit for you. If you are looking for an inexpensive and easy to assemble LED light source, you have come to the right place. Connection to the wall is via a standard socket to which a cord with a switch at the end of the cord is connected. The cable connects to the LED strip via a fairly simple, albeit fragile, male connector. Each LED strip then connects to the next, or you can use one of the two small 3-4 inch connectors which are great when you need to place strips or work around a corner. The strips come with two attachment solutions, both clip types. One for the LEDs below like under the counter. The other is I'm not sure but I haven't used it. The clips are flimsy and need to make sure they are all aligned LEDs aren't as bright as I was hoping much smaller than a fluorescent light but they also take up significantly less space. You can spend more money and get super-bright LEDs, but if you're looking for something fast, thin, and light, this is it.
