There were problems with my first order. The screw holding the camera was missing. I wrote to Wasserstein Home and described the problem. In less than 24 hours I received an answer and instead of just sending me a new screw they offered to replace the whole case. In other reviews I see users with YI cameras needing to turn off the IR lights due to reflections off the body lens. As another reviewer wrote, there is a poorly edited video on YouTube showing how easy it is to fix with a garden hose cleaner and a dab of glue. Google "LifeHackster youtube Yi Home Camera Outdoor Case V2". They have a video for an outer case designed only for YI but it has holes in it. Here is your best choice. I bought two more.
