This very high quality kit includes everything you need to hang the cable and keep it out of the way when using your VR headset. The following: 6 - Ceiling screw hooks with drywall studs 6 - Self-adhesive hook posts (if you don't want to drill into the ceiling) 6 - Pulley systems with rubber O-rings to keep the cable from slipping 1 - Hex wrench to adjust the locking collar to suit your taste and needs 1 - Instruction booklet I followed the instructions exactly, spaced each hook about 6.5 inches apart and machined the path where I want the cable to start and end. I ended up using adhesive mounts as I didn't feel like drilling into the ceiling and wanted to test the abilities of the adhesive which is great and seems very strong. I knew screw mounts would work whether you use them or not. After the glue had set for about 10 minutes, I began installing the pulley systems and cables. It takes some time to find the right length of cable at the end next to the shrink tubing, but it's very easy to set up. Using the included hex wrench, I could move the retaining ring so the pulley was fully retracted, or I could adjust the distance the cable next to me would be from my head. It took me about 10 minutes to get everything just how I wanted it, with the distance and how much I was moving around the room with the headset. From the center of the room, the cable above the head should not be pulled and should only be pulled after a step, as the instructions say. Still very easy to set manually. While in VR the leash is almost non-existent and I can't feel anything other than a very slight pull on the leash but nothing recovers at all, this can go away as the pulleys are used more and weakened. . The movement feels free and I never had to worry about my feet getting tangled in the cord. Pros: - Everything you need - Easy to install - Optionally available with adhesive or screw hooks - Doesn't get in the way of the cable when playing in VR - Feels like there is no cable at all. As easy as it is to set up and how free the experience feels when playing, this was the best upgrade to my VR experience.
