I really liked the backpack when it came out, it seemed nice and strong but when I used it for the first time I found that the zippers are really difficult to use, the rails are not match, and you really have to pull to unzip the zippers and close the backpack, and then when the zipper is sewn to the backpack, rip after about two days I guess because you pull the zipper a few more times need as usual to force the zipper. but now my zipper is hanging off my backpack and can't be used anymore. Disappointment with my purchase, I was so excited to receive it and waited longer than I thought it would arrive and then broke within a few days which was frustrating.
