Eh, you get what you pay for
The coffee maker is very easy to use, but when I went to make myself a cup of ground coffee it was a great, good cup of coffee. When I switched to capsules, the coffee wasn't brewed, just hot water. I had to "recook" a cup of coffee. It's a small thing, but not something I'm happy with.
