, We have never had any problems with this printer, but after installing this cartridge we received error code 59.4 and were unable to print. Our IT department investigated this and said it could be caused by multiple parts failure (printer cartridge motor, bad/clumped toner in a new cartridge). When we replaced the cartridge, the printer returned to normal. As I buy spares when replacing a cartridge, unfortunately it has been in stock for a few months and it doesn't look like we can return it. Also schematic, HP cartridges usually come with a shipping label to send the used cartridge for recycling. This cartridge did not have such an insert in the box. So this is a remanufactured cartridge, not a new one? I can not say. All I know is that I will be buying cartridges again from my local office supply store so I will have the opportunity to seek help in the future.
