We have never had problems or issues with our devices when they were provided by BOLD IT Solutions. The sales representative was knowledgeable about each type and brand that we needed! I do not believe there is anything to dislike. If you need assistance finding devices for your business then give them a call - they will help guide you in selecting what would be best for your needs/budget. It makes it easy one contact center as well if ever something does go wrong. Allowing us flexibility due customer time frames / availability etc I love how they can customize the service plan. You're able to purchase the service plan you need. The price is right. I am able to get a service plan that fits my needs. I can't think of anything that I dislike about Bottom Line. I've been using them for about a year now. I will continue to use them. I highly recommend Bottom Line. I use them for my business phone needs. I can call my clients and I can receive calls.
