I bought this monitor a little over a year ago when my old monitor broke and cost more than I paid for this monitor to have it fixed (broken on/off switch!) which was really weird for me . This monitor comes with an HDMI cable (although I prefer the data port for HDR) and supports free syncing. The 1ms response time is great for video games, and there's no tearing with v-sync off, which is nice. It also supports HDMI connection, DP connection, RCA audio output. Here's what was in the box (which I thought was VERY tightly packed) - the U28T4K monitor, the base, the HDMI cable, the power supply, and the power cord. The great thing is that it runs on 12V DC, which means I can power it when I go offline using my caravan's 12V DC system. The screen is sharp, bright and super sharp. My only complaint is that they don't include cables for the DP or RCA connections otherwise I would have given it 5 stars instead of 4. IMHO this monitor is the best bang for your 4K bucks!
