I have bought my daughter a few of these, in varying colors. My daughter is 18 months and I’m a 5-6. The 21 is perfect on her now. I bought the next size up as they fit perfectly and wanted some room to grow. They are HUGE! She won’t be in them for a few months. She is in the 60th percentile growth wise. The best part is, SHE LEAVES THEM ON! She has not a single issue with these shoes and will have them on all day long. They are also a breeze to take on and off. Very conv. I only gave 4 stars because they do leave marks on the feet. The shoe fits perfectly but even the size up leave a mark on the top of her foot. They have an elastic band that keeps them on and I think it may be a little too right.I still will be buying these as she gets bigger and I definitely recommend!
