It's worth trying.

Recommended by the trainer to take with you in the middle of your workout. I can feel my energy increasing after drinking, but almost immediately, so it could all be in my head. Whatever does the job I guess. Yummy because good enough to mask the creatine and leucine I put in - both are quite bitter. I hardly notice any bitterness with CARBion.
