I bought this desk because I wanted a large screen and an easy to use tablet. This tray met my expectations. The screen is bright, applications install without any problems. This is a great tablet for the price. The built-in memory is enough to install many applications and can be expanded with an SSD card. It works at a good speed for all the applications I have installed in it. There is only one downside that I encountered when setting it up for the first time: the SSD card needs to be in a specific format. I bought a Samsung Evo card in EXFAT format, but this tablet is not compatible with this format; the default format for this is FAT32. When you insert an SSD card into the memory slots, it reports this incompatibility and then asks if you want to format it to make it compatible. Well I agreed and it was a big mistake. This step corrupted the card and it could not be used in a tablet or other device. I then contacted support and was pleasantly surprised. If they ask not to return the tablet, but to contact them first so that you like them, they are not joking. They really will do anything to make you happy. What a pleasant experience I had. The woman who took care of my problem was outstanding. She handled the whole process very professionally, was very responsive and never let me down. The most incredible thing is that they even gave me a refund for the damaged SSD card. That's what I call "making the customer happy, no matter what the cost". I would buy from this company again if needed and would highly recommend this tablet to anyone looking to buy something like this. Keep going Huzo! Keep it up!
