I really wanted to believe the reviews were wrong but you can add me to the alert list and be aware. Assembly and installation took 30 minutes. I've seen a potential future problem where the extension is fully tightened at the 2-3 o'clock position, meaning the weight causes it to eventually fall to the right side during use without fixation. But long before I got to the point where when attaching a mounted showerhead to a pipe, the rubber gasket on the non-service side of the union nut started to work fully long before it was tightened. I tried anyway and as in the videos and comments I've seen, the showerhead leaks, although it was more than tight enough, and there was no other way to fix it than returning it. I do not recommend buying this product and staying away from it, it is not a good alternative to installing a rain shower head unless you simply want to get a shower head to replace what you already had and the like.
