I'm so glad I bought this! I was always buying cones for my cats until I saw this! My younger cat licked all the skin off her belly because of an allergy. This particular cat will NOT use a cone. She is a spoiled princess. When I saw it was recommended to me, I've never seen anything like it, even when it was fixed I had to box it up (it's an absolute nightmare). I had to give him a chance and I'm incredibly grateful for that. I even tried to make a cat sweater at home but to no avail. This costume is so perfect for animals I just couldn't replicate it. My poor baby had to carry it for 5 weeks because we took it off too soon and she reopened her wounds. ALL fur grows back and curls before it leaves. We watched them closely as we took them off to wash. It goes straight into the washer and dryer with no problems or shrinkage. Even though she wore it for so long, she felt comfortable. She can walk, go to the toilet and even climb stairs without any problems. He holds the sweater and prevents her from slipping out of it. I bought a medium size. She is a big cat. Although it seems safe and we've used it with no problems. Ropes and loops around your cat can be dangerous. PLEASE keep a close eye on your animal and do not leave it unattended for too long.
