I was so excited when he walked in I forgot to take before and after photos. So far, so good. This product is of pretty good quality, although I'm not exactly sure how the coconut helps with the charcoal. The free bamboo toothbrush was pretty good at first, but after a while the bamboo material (understandably) started to turn black and I couldn't use it anymore. I think I prefer something that looks like a regular toothbrush but with black bristles, so I'll probably invest in that for now. The charcoal is of very good quality, but sometimes a little powder gets stuck in my gums and it hurts to dig it out. I floss every other day so sometimes a very small amount gets stuck between my teeth but it's not a big problem. First I brush the charcoal and then the regular toothpaste. It takes about 3-5 minutes depending on how much time I have in the morning, but for now I'm liking it. I would recommend this charcoal product but I would recommend a soft bristled toothbrush as I feel anything but soft bristles can push the charcoal into the gums.
