I'm having trouble understanding the correct process to set up Remote View on my phone. I worked with Cathy from her support group. She was very determined to find the problem and always answered when I had a question. Although support outside of China takes 12 hours. The time difference didn't seem to be an issue as they were available after hours here in the US. The problem was with the instructions for setting up the P6SPro app on my phone. When registering in the application, you need to follow the steps below. to make it work.1. Enter your email address, but don't press Enter or Enter. Keep your cursor in the email address field.2. Click the "Check Code" button with the mouse.3. You will receive an email from Mycloud365 with an account number. This is a verification code.4. Return to your application and enter this number in the Verification code field in the application.5. Enter the password and the confirmation password.6. Click Register.7. You should immediately receive a message that your registration was successful.8. You can then sign in with your app using the email address and password you set up when signing up.
