The first pair was smaller than expected. The second pair is fine. until I started wearing them. But the crease that forms when your front foot flexes is at the top of the front foot. would hit me in the heel. Of course, that only became a problem when I wore them indoors for more than five minutes. So yes, I wore them outside. While they showed minimal wear and tear, they wouldn't fix horribly defective and crappy shoes. The "impressive values” were anything but impressive. In the end they got my money, shipping cost for both pairs I sent back and they left defective shoes. I never saw or heard from them again. Spectacular Values is like many other companies that have failed in the "customer service" space.
