Flashing and too bright
No fan. Too bright for our dining room. It hurts your eyes. We have this for a chandelier in our dining room and the bulbs do not work with the light switch control. This is supposed to reduce the brightness, but when we try to turn on the lights they flicker uncontrollably, forcing us to leave it on the highest brightness setting.
