When I opened the box, I was so amazed at how big this cutting set is! It includes three interchangeable blades that you can use to chop and slice fruit, vegetables, and cheese. It is advertised as being made of high quality stainless steel. Pretty sharp so I'm glad they include cut resistant gloves. Perfect for me, I'm a bit clumsy with sharp tools. I really like how easy the grater is to use. There is a non-slip handle on the top that gives me great grip and keeps the grater stable. It's even easy to hold! Fast cleaning; I just soak it in soapy water then rinse and let dry. I really like that all the blades are interchangeable which makes storage easier. Great addition to my kitchen essentials.
