Beautiful linens. Exactly what I needed. It's not often that you find a set that consists of just a cape and blanket. I rarely use the cheap sheets that come with bedding (because the elasticity is weak or the sheets are so rough). the grandchildren have inherited his room as a playroom when they stay overnight. The material is cotton, probably 250 counts but I'm guessing. The quality seems to be good. The color was a little lighter than on my monitor but I can't say if this will be the case with yours as all monitors show it in a slightly different hue. I would prefer it darker. I ordered a navy blue which is not as dark as the navy blue should be. It's also not as bright as true royal blue. It's somewhere in between. It's not a very heavy comforter, but I live in Southeast Texas and don't need anything as thick/heavy as a comforter. If you are looking for warmth over 60 I would recommend something heavier than this comforter. Appropriately I put it on a regular single bed and it fits great. Can it withstand multiple washes? This has yet to be tested. Even if it's not like that, in the price range of 35.00-39.00 I can afford to freshen up the room a bit more often. As things stand now, I'm happy with my purchase.
