These are a far cry from 40 watt bulbs
I tested them today and they draw about 1.7 amps which is 20 watts per block. That's HALF what they claim. Another set of fake LED lights. I've had cheap lightbulbs that used only 20 watts, but they were about half the price of this one. At 1.7 amps, that's only 0.4 amps per LED, which is probably 300 lumens for cheap LEDs. So maybe you're getting 1200 lumens from this capsule. 4000 certainly not.
