So first off the way it works is you have to get it moving then push the power button. I'm guessing this saves battery life.I bought this for my son that has Achondroplasia so he could keep up with his siblings while they all ride bikes but its falls short of being fast enough. His feet does touch ground when sitting still so thats a plus.I got it on Christmas we have only used it twice. first time 30mins or so it started beeping letting you know its about to go dead its dead about 2-3 mins after it starts beeping. Second use it was about 40 mins of use and no beeping but we came in it was too cold.Was asked if batteries are replaceable. I have seen the battery its a custom battery and way its set up its not easily replaceable by consumer. You would be lucky to get cover off without breaking it to just see the battery. I do not recommend trying.Pros: My sons sizePros: easy to operatePros: easy to chargeCons: It need a stand of some type.Cons: foot rest is very smallCons: not fast enough in my opinion
