I've tried a few of these wonderful gel pillows with different layers and fillings. They've always been a bust and I just got them back. Mainly because they were too flimsy and personally I don't think all that fancy tech stuff is a big deal. The last one was a pillow not a pair and the price for a pair was too high. Instead, I decided to try these. It's a surprisingly heavy pillow, which is a plus, and it's adjustable. Infill appears to be a beautiful and very subtle type of infill. The cover is nice, soft and feels solid. The pillow is large and slightly wider than my previous pillows. Because of this, my narrower pillowcases make the pillows look a bit larger. When I first started using these pillows, my neck stretched within the first day or two and this lasted about a week. I thought about removing some of the filler but put it off because I like a full pillow. Strange, during this time I pinched and now the pillow is ideal. Maybe it sagged a bit, maybe a slightly wider pillowcase helped, but I think my neck actually got used to it and it's a lot more comfortable now than my old pillows.
