Although for a year of use I never had to interact with the service! We have been using the car every day for more than a year, for a family of two + frequent guests for large companies. Most often Americano and cappuccino mix. And, if I’m not mistaken so far, only on this coffee machine can you properly prepare these 2 drinks - the Americano is prepared with the addition of water to the coffee, and not spilling a larger volume through the tablet, and the cappuccino mix is ​​really a cappuccino with the addition of foamed milk on top of the coffee! We learned about this in a review on the 101coffee machine portal and further agree with everything that is written there about it except for: We have the Model 85, which is distinguished by the presence of a container for preparing hot chocolate and cold coffee. Despite the opinion expressed on the above portal, we are very satisfied with this nozzle! It is much more difficult to stand at the stove and control the milk. And then just pour, pour, a little sugar and voila! If you have children - generally fire! Every other day we drink hot cocoa at night - it turns out without lumps, whipped and, most importantly, without our participation. Much has been said in other reviews, I will add only 2 points: - I think the application is pointless - you can’t make coffee remotely, first the machine makes the strait, so you still have to change the cup under it. - for a year of use, there are no complaints about the metal part. In general, despite the metal surface, it does not require washing and wiping itself - stains and streaks are not visible!
