It fits well in the door.
I just received this door. I was skeptical about buying it due to the many reviews that it doesn't fit in the door. Suitable for me. I would feel more confident with its durability if it had reinforcement on the vinyl where it attaches to the house as well as pre-punched screw holes in the door opening which in this case could not be removed. There are only two small latches on the door and two small self-tapping screws that screw directly into the pilot holes in the door opening. Hope it lasts!
