First and foremost, if I had used the supplied shims, this clutch would have destroyed itself within weeks. Look at the pictures, they’re not even close to the proper size.The instructions said to set the gap, but without specifications! Just crazy that they did not give the gap clearance for the shim install. THIS IS CLUTCH SPECIFIC, they must supply their own tolerances!There was a fly trapped inside the epoxy sealing the coil. No QC standards.But on a positive note, after spending an hour machining a standard washer to shim the clutch, it installed easily, and the wires plugged right into my existing harness.
