I was told to buy blue light blocking glasses to help me sleep better at night and I got them. However, I can't watch TV, play games, or read (lightly) on my Kindle while carrying it. Colored lenses not only block blue light, but also most colors. I still have blue light blocking glasses without tinted lenses and they are great for reading and gaming. I'm not sure how effective others are at blocking blue light, but glasses I don't wear because I can't do what I normally do before bed are of no use when I'm sitting on my bedside table.
