Review on Ipiphany by John Baker

When we signed up for their service we were unsure how useful they would be to us. We were excited about them because they had told us that they could get information from our website that was normally only available to us if we used Google Analytics. This was exciting! What they did however, was far beyond what we expected - they turned our website into a treasure trove of data, revealing things about our customers that we didn’t even know existed. They provided insights that were incredibly helpful to our business, helping us to gain valuable customer intelligence that was otherwise unavailable to us. We never knew how powerful our website was, until Ipiphany showed us! It is a fantastic tool and has changed the way that we manage our customer relationship. We now have access to huge amounts of information about our customers, enabling us to better understand who our customers are, what motivates them and how we can most effectively serve them.
