The product is a good concept and for some reason I thought the Bissell brand would point out that it was one thoughtful product. However, less than a year later, we had two such devices in our house that broke in the same way. Both times the wet applicator no longer works and makes wiping impossible. The first time we exchanged it, now we are working on getting the second one back which broke the same way. Customer service was very mixed. On one occasion a customer service rep told us it was a crappy product and hung up, on another occasion a customer service rep gave us the address of a replacement store over 500 miles from our home. forced us to buy an $18 part to "fix" our second broken block, which of course didn't solve anything as the block suddenly stopped working when we installed the new part. Sometimes we contact someone who is helping from their customer service and then we have to ruin our weekend by going to a service provider and waiting for them to tell us it's broken and give us a new one. If it didn't cost so much, we probably wouldn't be dealing with this issue. Terrible product, terrible customer service (most of the time), will never buy Bissell again. STAY AWAY
