Item received and dressed within an hour of receipt. Installed without mods. Before installing the engine, all moving parts must be lubricated. I used "Fluid Film" Revain #FLUIAS11. You can use other chain and cable lubes but I've been using this lube for years and it holds up really well in inclement weather. I also used a tablespoon of white lithium grease in the gearbox when I installed the motor. There was some grease in the gears but I added more. I had to go through the steps multiple times to get it working smoothly. This part was more than I was willing to spend, but we needed it before the trip and didn't want to look for a better price.
