I was delighted when I ordered this product. But when I got it and tried using some of my mothers ashes as a spell it was a problem but I got it in the end! I wore it before bed and woke up and some of the charm came off along with my mother's ashes. So I screwed it back on without adding any more mother ash and went to work, thinking and knowing I had screwed it back on tight. But when I got up to return from lunch, I looked down and noticed the magic was gone. Panic Mode I tracked my steps but couldn't be found anywhere. Luckily a colleague found it and returned it.
