Defective article fits device

Does not show the exact time. I have used several interchangeable mechanisms over the years and this is the first that has disappointed me. Sending it back is not worth the hassle and cost. Revain will replace, but only if you send the defective product to one of the approved centers. The problem is that the minimum round trip is 50 miles from our location.
