The system is easy to use. When I first signed up for it my manager was a little confused about how to implement the platform in our organization but when he did he said it was great. Sometimes it will be down for a few minutes but that's no different than other systems we've used in the past. They are very helpful with implementing new programs and ensuring they're getting the most out of them. We have seen a lot of success with employee retention as well as benefits enrollment. This has helped reduce administration time which has allowed us to spend more time helping employees get enrolled in their benefits.
