The main benefit of using this system is that it gives all users an easy way to file for benefits as well as provide them with timely reminders to take care of paperwork needed in order to receive their insurance pay outs, whether its time sensitive or not! I like that it is customized for each employee. It allows me to pick and choose what benefits I want my employees to have. The system is easy to use and navigate. There are some glitches with the computerized part of the system. Sometimes it doesn't work properly and I have to go back in and re-enter information.
