Review on OpenForms by Justin Sherman

I used this software for some time now; it is very easy of use with its intuitive interface! It has helped us streamline our workflow through automation using forms as templates within one system.

This tool also enables you set up custom fields so we are able have more granular control over data entry across different platforms (internal or external). There isn't anything specific about Open Forms but maybe just general customization options can be improved upon - there should be an option where users could make their own field types instead of having them preassign from predefined lists like in other similar tools out there. We were looking at implementing new solutions such as online payments which will help drive revenue growth going forward since most clients prefer payment via eftps rather than cash/cheques etc.
