The only downside of this product is the very cheap plastic tap. I literally have to put a small towel or bowl on the floor underneath because of water dripping from the faucet. Now I always check it after filling the bottle with water but sometimes it still leaks. Luckily the first time this happened there was only about a gallon in my 5 gallon water jug which spilled leaving me with a large puddle on the floor and soaking the carpet on the floor to clean. If my pitcher was full I would have 5 gallons of water to clean the floor and the damage would be far worse than a wet carpet. Luckily my floor is ceramic tile, not wood.
