Collar was fine. It worked as advertised, although it felt a bit cheap (very light, flimsy). But what do you expect at the price? I bought it because it was affordable and because the company offered a lifetime replacement guarantee. My remote stopped working so I contacted the company. Your decision? They told me they couldn't send me a new remote control; I should have bought a brand new collar instead but they would have given me a 10% discount. Serious?! I was not impressed and will buy a new collar elsewhere and will not buy from this company again.
