The product comes as shown without a box. It was not clearly stated if this would be the case and a product was marked as tried and tested if it was clearly not working properly. One headphone (right side) was not working properly, damaging the cable. Request a replacement or a full refund. I returned the item and am very dissatisfied. I was really looking forward to it because I saw them shown at Gamestop.
