Excellent product. There just hasn't been the time or inclination to launch an Xbox here lately. Worked great on the first test! I just couldn't play because of vision problems. They were recovering guys but they ended up back in the same boat because of the medicine I was taking! Let's get back to the headset! Cool graphics, easy to install and great sound! Good for playing!

Bought as a Christmas present for a family member. I really liked the headset, they said it was comfortable. When we played together I heard them very well. From now on, after about 5 months of owning this headset, they stopped working. Pretty disappointing, hopefully it was just a bad buy and that's not to be taken for granted.

The product comes as shown without a box. It was not clearly stated if this would be the case and a product was marked as tried and tested if it was clearly not working properly. One headphone (right side) was not working properly, damaging the cable. Request a replacement or a full refund. I returned the item and am very dissatisfied. I was really looking forward to it because I saw them shown at Gamestop.

I bought these as a gift, didn't know what I was actually buying. I read the reviews and chose from there, well I'm glad I chose them. He loves her, no, I don't have to listen to him play all night anymore. Win, win. In phones, they sound crystal clear and loud enough to turn off the TV. It was well worth the money and I'm glad I didn't spend over £100 on a pair when they are amazing at a reasonable price.

I think I should mention the fact that it's wired, but other than that archaic quirk, it beats my official PS4 Bluetooth headset by a mile. I watch a lot of ASMR videos on YouTube and this headset is sharper and clearer than any headset or headphones I've ever owned. Good solid headphones when I bought them but they didn't last full time. After about 7 months, the right cuff almost stopped working because the wire wobbled. The plug that plugs into the adapter seemed to be the problem. The microphone stopped working after about 8 months. If you are someone who has to pay attention to things around you with headphones like this, I would choose something else. I had to fiddle with the right cuff to hear what was around me and this caused the headband to break.
