They're just amazing - for some reason they're both luscious, but totally natural and invisible, like false lashes. I wear them every day and work in a very solid corporate environment. This is how I put them on (it takes a whole minute). Quickly roll each strip into a tube (this will allow the silicone base to be more flexible and contoured). Immediately unroll them, apply glue to the base (use glue very sparingly, but make sure the glue reaches the very ends of the silicone base), wait 30 seconds, then glue in place. If you don't fold the strips, the silicone base will remain somewhat straight and stiff and will be harder to adhere along your lash line. If you don't wait for the glue to dry a bit, they won't stick right away and you'll end up smearing the glue all over your eyelid. I like clear glue because it's invisible once it dries. If you want to take it even better, use the #305 lashes. They're probably too big for a conservative office, but great for a night out.
