This has become important to those of us who have just bought the product - at a price, for our own money and without contact with whoever who makes it I'm selling it - to do more reviews so here's mine. This topper has great density and thickness and when you receive it you can tell that it is of very high quality. The case that comes with it is also of very good quality. Is this topper noticeably cooler? Hm. maybe small? I find it hard to believe there is a cool memory foam topper out there, especially at this price point. The coolness should have been a bonus, but it wasn't an expectation. It was easily the highest quality (i.e. thickest, as thick as I wanted) topper I could afford. It's extremely comfortable and you can tell how important density is (your body support or just giving). I would recommend your sheets have stretch throughout as this topper will fit to the edge of the mattress. There were no problems with the smell - the topper was laid out for a day, the cover was washed. This thing is very heavy so be careful where you lay it out to "shake it up" - my skinny little self had a hard time moving it around after unpacking it. I feel like I got the best topper for the price.
