I like how easy it is to set up and configure. The team has been very responsive and helpful when it comes to solving problems or questions that arise. It's very easy to get started with and navigate through once you have some experience with the software. There isn't much to dislike about the product, but I do think there could be more options for customizing your dashboard. There are only so many ways you can customize a dashboard. As long as you know what you are looking for, you should be able to find it fairly easily. If you are new to Maximl, I would recommend getting some hands on training before you start using the product. This will help you understand the navigation better and speed up your learning curve. We were trying to create an environment where our employees could access information while they were away from their desks.
