Just trying to add something to attach my 7mm scuba gloves. Gloves are very difficult to put on after the first dive and the rubber makes them difficult to hold and causes friction when donning. If these cleats are screwed in about 1/2 inch intervals around the opening of the glove about 1" from the edge, I can usually grab the top of the glove and grab 3 or 4 cleats and get a better grip while I'm mine Hand press down. This is more useful after putting on the first thick gauntlet as it's difficult to get a good grip on the second gauntlet, but not with spikes. This works very well. I'm pretty sure that's not what they're there for, but it worked for me.
