Wear socks to prevent getting on the sheets and help penetrate the skin. Our body renews itself during sleep, you can see the difference in the morning after taking off your socks. Do this several times a week until you see improvement. Result: happy feet. Also great for hands, nails and cuticles. I love rubbing it in before bed.
