The average quality of the product, especially for such money.

1) Money. You pay not only for the simplest games (300-800 on average for the corresponding games), but also for five new skins for the character of your favorite game - 200. Maybe you want to access everything in the game at once? Cheat code? No, 200 rub. It would seem - if you don't want it, don't buy it, no, I don't want to. But the feeling of being a very generous cash cow is synonymous with Playstation forever.
And of course, 2-3k discs, no review should bypass this.

2) Graphics, quality and performance.
All this is worse than on a good computer, where a good one is the one that can be assembled now for $2k.

In those games that are on the PC, the console seems to have a certain "medium" level of settings, and the "levels / maps" are loaded 5-10 times slower than on a PC with 8GB of memory. This one is terrible, if not rude and honest (and also remember about the prices of games).

3) The only point to buy this if you play games on a good PC - exclusives. Not a small part of noteworthy games - it is on Sony (but after the PC). The second strong point of Sony is collective casual games, connect an additional (th, th) gamepad and play some kind of casual game (shooter / race) in Split-screen with your child / classmate, etc. This was relevant ten years ago )

0) In November, the new Gran Turismo (5) comes out, and traditionally, you need to buy a new Sony for it. 1) Excellent media player (DVD here is many times faster when rewinding, ten times cheaper than a DVD player separately) + DLNA (which is true in almost all TVs already), an optional branded remote control is useful. 2) Browser. It is almost complete and very convenient. Those who do not have a PC, laptop or even a communicator can surf on the TV) By the way, an ordinary BT mouse is completely recognized by the system and you can save a thousand on the remote if it's not shameful to control the view with the mouse) 3) All sorts of chats, avatars, other whistles and you know what. They are, but why?

Cons

0) Does not play discs from PS2. It's below the belt, whether it's a political or technical decision and although it's known before the purchase. 1) PSN\Store - monetization of everything to the point of absurdity, more details below. 2) With the well-known fact that similar games in PC versions are better, and even cheaper (not a word about torrents), then the game for 2-3k is no less absurd. 3) If you do not have the slowest PC, then the performance of the console in games will not impress at all, or it will not impress in the best sense.
