I love how easy it was to set up my first campaign! It's very intuitive once you've played around with some of its features (like tagging). The support team has been great as well - quick responses whenever we have questions or issues along our journey. We're using if no reply primarily because we are looking at automating marketing efforts where people aren't responding back right away. This allows us to be more efficient by creating follow-up emails without having someone respond immediately so they can get their task done before moving onto something else.
